Paul Martin, Crossroads Supply

Every time Marcone Servicers Association made a stop near his Missouri shop, Paul Martin made a point of having technicians attend and sharpen their skills.

But when his territory manager mentioned going to Las Vegas for a full MSA convention, Paul wasn’t so sure.

In the end, Paul and an employee from Lake St. Louis-based Crossroads Supply headed west last year for the 2025 MSA Convention. Held at the Horseshoe Las Vegas, the event was the first of its kind after a nine-year hiatus.

“I’m glad that I actually listened to my territory manager,” Paul said. “This event blew my mind!”

The convention turned out to be a fantastic opportunity for the appliance repair pros to to learn from others, reflect on their business and begin planning for the future. They were able to choose from more than 70 class sessions led by top manufacturers such as P&G, Samsung and Whirlpool.

“Not only was my technician educated by some of the best instructors out there, but I – as a business owner – was able to learn about best business practices, processes and industry-specific software that can help propel my business to the next level,” Paul said. “It was two-and-a-half days of non-stop action and first-class treatment!”

So will Crossroads Supply be among the industry professionals at Ceasars Palace when MSA ’26 October 26-29? You can bet on it!
